Welcome everyone to my very first ever blog! I am doing this blog in order to keep track of my fitness. Every Saturday, along with my wife Fallon, I am going to be posting a new video with new body measurements. We felt this would be a fun way to track our progression.
A quick bio; I am 31, live in S. California with my wife Fallon and our Italian Greyhound, Pavi. I have been fairly active for the most part but have never been into fitness, if you know what I mean. We have been working out consistently for about 3-4 weeks now, about 4-5 per week.
One personal goal is to get back into wrestling shape; however, a major setback for me is my shoulder. I busted it up in high school from wrestling and it never really healed right. Even surgery didn't seem to heal it 100%. Since then it has been weak and would pop out from time to time. This held me back physically and mentally. I really loved competing and miss it very much. So, my goal is to get my shoulder healed and start wrestling Freestyle and Greco Roman again. With the help of a physical therapist, I am fixing my shoulder up, hopefully I will be 100% again! Or at least 90%.
